In “Z30 PPGI,” “Z30” refers to a galvanized steel coil with a zinc coating of 30 g/m² (on both sides). PPGI stands for Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron. Z30 PPGI steel is primarily exported to markets such as Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America, where price sensitivity is high and construction typically involves temporary or simple structures.
We primarily supply Z30 PPGI coils, Z30 PPGI sheets, and Z30 PPGI strips, with customizable colors. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to contact us at any time.

PPGI Roofing

Z30 PPGI is not a high-performance material; it is essentially an economical color-coated steel coil made with the thinnest possible zinc coating and the most basic PE paint. Its sole purpose is to minimize costs for temporary structures and low-end corrugated sheets intended for export.
When purchasing it, you should have realistic expectations: this is a PPGI with a short service life. It’s suitable for indoor, dry applications, temporary fencing, and projects with tight budgets; however, if it will be exposed to the elements outdoors or you expect it to last ten years without maintenance, start with Z100 at the very least—don’t skimp on the zinc coating—and pair it with a high-performance coating (HDP or PVDF).
If you encounter any issues with your supplier, please let us know your specific usage environment and intended application, and we’ll recommend the product that offers the best value for your money.
